These segments are pulled from various design projects. Some segments are interviews that have been incorporated into larger courseware projects. Other segments represent microlearning video modules intended to be part of a larger series. The incorporation of video-based learning into modern courseware is an efficient way to reach younger learners familiar with getting information from web-based sources.

Path to Production Trainer Development Packet
Below are selections from a self directed learning packet I created to support employees who wished to apply to the Production Trainer Program my team and I developed at TreeHouse foods. Individuals who might not otherwise have experience with or knowledge about training could use the packet as a structured way to learn some basic information and have a simple, practical, and fun way to practice practical skills with another person. Then, if they chose to, could apply to a trainer position with a foundation that would help them land the position.
